Hi all, I am also in the olympia area. I am a 2 1/2 year post op. Surgery on November 14, 2000. Lost 128 lbs and am doing great. I also will be going to the meeting at Capital Medical Center on 5/27. I missed the last one, but am going for the support, it is important. They also have a support meeting in Tacoma at the Martin luther King Library. 4th Thursday of the each month.

hello you 2. i live near Olympia....am in the "looking" phase. trying to figure out what is best for me. am leaning toward the BPD/DS.....but not sure about open vs LAP and that would determine the surgeon to talk to.
