I am 3 years post op and have started experiencing a burning sensation in my pouch when eating or drinking anything. Has any one experienced this?

Thanks~

You may have something called H-Pylori which is a bacteria that if left untreated can cause ulcers. They can test for this via Upper EGD (Scope), blood or air test.

If you do have H-Pylori you go through a Prev-Pac which is an often premade package of Prevacid and an antibiotic for a while and then get retested to make sure the meds work.

It's not that big of a deal and fairly common. I agree you MUST talk to your doctor!!

Sounds like indigestion.  My dr recommended maalox liquid.  Works great!!

Good LUCK
