Starting my Pre-Op diet while in Renton WA- 6/21-7/2

I am traveling for work and will be in the Renton area for 2 weeks, and will have to start my pre-op diet while I am there (on 6/29). I am getting sleeved on 7/13 in Dallas, TX.

I was thinking that attending a Support Meeting in the area might help. Any suggestions?

Would love to have you come to Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. We have a great group with a bariatric manager, surgeons and guest speakers such as nutritionists, therapists, plastic surgeons etc.   We meet the second thursday from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and fourth Saturday from
10:00AM to 12:00noon.
