come join the Bariatric Weight Loss Support Group on Ft Lewis,it is ran by people like me who want to help you thru your journey,we have all had the Bariatric surgery at Madigan,some have had  tummy tucks,breast lift,bat wings removed,lower body lifts,any other surgery that goes along with these,
We offer support,Questions answered,Understanding, we do potlucks/clothing exchanges
we are not a part of the pathway, so no one is being paid to be there,it is a self supported group.
Your support person is encouraged to come too
Remember  Every ,,Thursdays 5-7pm,The ACS Building on Ft Lewis.
12th and Liggett Ave,,,,,,across the street from Waller Hall,,the building where the welfare/WIC center is,also the Battle bean coffee shop is in the front..............p.o.c... Redd

Just making sure I understand...This is a different group than the one required to attend (on Tuesdays) as part of the pathway?

Yes Joan, this one is not affiliated with the hospital at all.  It is run by people who have had the surgery at Madigan.  They are a few years out of surgery and have a ton of experience with surgery, post surgery, and maintenance.
