I am back from Vacation

Hi... I just got back from a wonderful vacation in Mexico! 

I also took the training to be a Certified  Scuba diver!!  I spent a week in a bathing suit... and I felt so good about myself... AND was able to get into a wet suit almost every day.

I am still amazed how much easier it is to get in and out of boats and the pool now that I am almost at my goal weight.

I am SO gratefull I had this surgery!!

I was sorry to have missed you at the support group meeting this month but it sounds like you were in a great place. I love to snorkel but have never tried scuba diving. I could never fit in the suit.� I'll get to it one of these days.
