Anyone have feed back on Dr. Hanafy in Kent?

Help I need to hear from people about Dr. Hanafy.

I'm  not going to be much help, but I think he is ok. I had my original (band) surgery at Valley Medical Center, and he was working with Dr. Alperovich at their bariatric center. He did the info session I attended at Valley Medical Center, and he seemed very nice and compassionate. By the time I scheduled my consult with Dr. Alperovich, Dr. Hanafy had moved on, and not long afterwards, Valley Medical Center closed their bariatric center. My nutritionist at the time put me in contact with another woman who had gotten her band from Dr. Hanafy, and she loved him and was really disappointed when he moved on. That is all I know.

He is wonderful.  He is patient focused and easy to talk with.  He spends most of his time with patients or doing research.  You should check out his blog website it has tons of great informaiton.  It is www.bariatriclounge.com.
