Ever been to the Seattle Bash and Weight Loss Surgery Conference?

Is anyone attending the 7th Annual Seattle Bash and Weight Loss Surgery Conference this year? I received an invite on Facebook but the reg fee is $105, not sure if carving out the funds for that is really a priority. Has anyone been before?
