It's time for this month's support group meeting. This Wednesday, November 4th, 7pm...... I'm hoping that you all will be coming to this month's support group meeting.
Health Education Center, 3333 Squalicum Park Way, Bellingham, WA. Rooms will be posted on the directory under Pacific Nutrition Wellness Support Group LB and GB/S
We have all kinds of new ideas to share with you. The group is splitting into 2 groups--the lapband group and the bypass/sleeve group. Be sure to check the directory as you walk in to find out which room we will be in.
We're bringing samples of our favorite protein drinks, water drinks, and protein bars to share with everyone.
