1 Year Anniversary
Hello! It's been a month or so since I was last here, but I've been VERY busy! It has been such an exciting time - I've been traveling and doing things I couldn't do a year ago!
Yesterday was my 1 year anniversary from my surgery and I had scheduled an appointment with my doctor to honor the date. For the first time in - well - as far back as I can remember anyway (!) I weighed in at under 200 pounds!!!! YIPPEE!! My weight loss a year after surgery is 233 pounds (some of that was from getting ready for the surgery)! For the first time ever I weigh less than my loss!!!
I was so happy I had to share with people who would understand how exciting that is...
