Whoo hoooo...the surgeon moved me up to the 14th of Sept!!! yeah and OH CRAP!!! Now the Nerves are setting in!!!!

As far as a diet ( fast ect?) I guess nothing...Dr. Martin didnt say a thing....My preop is on the 9th so I guess maybe they'll tell me then?
Did find out that I have gallstines and fatty liver though

Hi ,my name is Redd, if you are military and can get on a Ft. Lewis, there is a weight loss surgery support group ,we meet on thursday 5-7pm, at the ASC building,the welfare and WIC building ,down the street from the bowling alley-on Liggett Ave.
It is a self lead group from people like me who have had the surgery or are thinking about it,you will get the support and understanding we need,questions answered and told what to expect from people who have been there
So please come,if you can get on base,bring your friends too if they need help
