Experiences with Dr. Clinch and/or Evergreen Surgical Clinic?

I got my insurance approval for the initial appointments.  They goofed and approved me for Dr. Clinch instead of Dr. McMahon - they do this all the time, drives me crazy.  Anyway, I can easily fix it, I just have to call them -

but in the meantime, does anyone have experiences with Dr. Clinch and or the Evergreen Surgical Clinic in Kirkland?

I'm still going to the seminar for Dr. McMahon on Tuesday, but it's nice to have an option...maybe.
