Anyone need a walking/biking buddy? South King County

Hi, I'm back from vacation and thought I'd try to ask my fellow OH friends if they need a walking or biking buddy. Also, I could use some support and give support as well on our WLS journey. 

I have a road bike and ride the auburn trail.

Sorry, I didn't get back to you until now. It had been an incredible HOT week. Was so sick last Monday (had been gone all day 10 to 7 in downtown Seattle using Metro bus). I tried to keep myself hydrated, but the heat won.  Migraines and heat exhaustion was ... hope I don't get another repeat...  Will you be going next Saturday?  Aug 8th? I will be attending the OH event on 14th and 15th.
