Being on vacation last week helped me drop to 208... thus ... my BMI IS ...
(drum roll please...) 29.8 !!!!!!

I LOVE my RNY!!!

While on vacation... I took my bike and in between sewing quilt tops... I rode around Leavenworth... who knew there was more to Leavenworth than the Bavarian Downtown section!
