Virginia Mason Federal Way Support Group Wed the 24th.

Just wanted to share with everyone the Virginia Mason Federal Way support group is Wed June 24th. It is from 6-8pm in the north end of the building at the ambulatory surgery center waiting room. Park at the North end of the buidiling.

Everyone's welcome, pre or post op alike. We will be having someone from Three Tree Yoga give us a lesson on yoga and how it can change our life.
