HEALTHNET PPO COVERAGE QUESTION

Hi,

I recently had WLS in Los Angeles, but a good friend of mine in Seattle is wanting to look into it.  She called Northwest Weight Loss Center, who told her to call her insurance co., which is Healthnet PPO.  Healthnet said it's not covered. 

I myself have Healthnet HMO in LA, and it was covered 100%, so I know that her insurance co. must be mistaken.  I had to jump through lots of hoops, yes, however......after two years it was finally covered.

Does anyone have a great surgeon in the Seattle area - a center of excellence, possible Virginia Mason, Evergreen, or NW Weighloss Center, who has Healthnet PPO?  My friend is already frustrated, and this is just the beginning.
