New member, surgery next Wednsday
CONGRATULATIONS KELLI!!!!I wish you the very best and may the Angels watch over you. I hope to be on the loosers bench with you soon. My RNY is scheduled at St. Francis Hospital on May 21st. I'm just on day 4 of my ucky liquid diet - I'm so hungry!!!!!
I know what you mean about being nervous - from what I've heard just about everyone is nervous before their big event. After all it is a major operation and a life changing one to boot. But I know we have made the right one! I just keep thinking how nice it will be to shop in a Normal store and not plus size! And to get off my darn sleep apnea machine! And to not have to take so much medication!
Just make sure you have your sleep apnea machine with you if you use one, make sure to bring very loose clothing and slippers, perhaps a book to read, and make sure you have all your protein shakes, vitamins and supplements lined up at home and ready to go - Wow You're almost there!
