How do you survive a vacation while staying on track with eating and exercise? We will also be doing a clothing exchange just in time for summer! Bring spring and summer clothes that you would like to swap.*

*Please have clothing laundered and in good condition*

I think they're always the 2nd Tuesday of the month.  

i dont think i will be going to this one...its the night befofe surgery and i want to try and just chill, relax and hang with my family. have fun you guys...
