Milestone
Thank you all so much. It does feel good to have that weight off. I sometime seem to discount it a bit because I'm looking ahead to my surgery and forget to pay attention to what I'm accomplishing now. That's why I decided I needed to bring it to attention. So far, very few have commented on my weight loss, but I am hearing the "you look really nice today" kind of comments a lot more than I used to. So some people might be noticing, but just are too polite to comment.
This is the longest I've ever worked at losing weight. Usually by now I'd be on the way back up. The thing that keeps me going is knowing that I'm going to have a lap band to help me to the finish line. Three more months!

Only "obese" now!
Way to go Sheryl - and you haven't even had your lap band yet! What an accomplishment! So proud of you!
