PreOps?

Do we have any WA preops? If so, where are you at in your journey.

I had my first consult yesterday and am starting my 3 month nut/dr supervised diet.  I am overwhelmed with all the data I received yesterday.

I know it's overwhelming, but hang in there. I just got done with all of my pre ops (well, I had to see the cardiologist for my specialist per Dr. Srikanth's order) and the cardiologist wants me to get a stress test and an ultrasound so I have to do those and then the EGD, but Kaye just faxed all the other info to my insurance for approval today so I'm crossing my fingers now... That's where I'm at! Nervous as heck, overwhelmed with all this worry, but excited at the same time.

I am a revision PRE OP. I went to my first appt. at Madigan. now I have to wait for them to call me to begin my Pathawy classes...that is the nutrition, psych, and all the other classes. I am told the call to just begin the classes is about 6 months...so I have a long wait ahead of me.

I am thinking I should be done with all the pre op stuff in about 9 months...maybe surgery in a year, next March.

i'm pre-op, but not for long!!!  (surgery on the 31st!)
