Here are a couple that I use. I have found others, but have not bookmarked them. I usually GOOGLE "WLS RECIPES", or google a low carb recipe for a particular ingredient. Tonight I googled Low Carb Scallop Recipes, and ended up on the food network page.

Hope this helps!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I LOVE the bariatriceating.com one! I printed out a ton of recipes from there. I like that it has what I call "gourmet" protein shake recipes too. I'm actually making a dish from there for my cousin's potluck wedding reception in May.

Barb,
Chef Dave is a chef who has himself had bariatric surgery. He has a great web site.
www.chefdave.org

Another one I have not checked out but heard about is www.pouchfriendly.com. Not certain about this one.

Hope this helps.
