WA state Basic Health - CHPW??

Does anyone know if this insurance covers any sort of bariatric surgery? I am desperate to get it done and my credit is crap. I have basic health but I have been told they dont cover it... was wondering if anyone here got them to cover?!? OH has changed a lot and its hard to navigate. I did find a couple people in the insurance pages that said they had basic health. I have emailed them but no replies yet. Also, who's a good surgeon here in Tacoma area?
