Tricare patient seeking approval away from Madigan

I also had Tricare and contacted Dr. Oh's office. There I spoke with the RUDEST office staff, she had the ba--s to compare Tricare to Welfare!  How dare she, My husband is defending this country, spent 18 months in Afghanistan...I was furious!! I set her straight!
After all was said and done, Dr. S was wonderful, the receptionist can work on her people skills a bit , but all and all I'm glad I'm with Dr. S.  I understand he is no longer a contractor with Tricare.
Good luck, I know your frustration and you will find the sun thru the woods. Hand in there!
