Almost under 40 BMI

The last year and 1 month has been a long journey. I cant believe I am almost under 40 BMI. It feels so good to have the success. Thanks to all you have supported me!

I feel great, I have only gotten sick 2 times since surgery, which is a blessing! I definately have more energy and alot less pain with my fibro myalgia.
I have been working with a personal trainer, since Christmas.. There are muscles in there! :O) My arms and stomach are definately seeing the results. Next week I start a new round with my personal trainer. I hope my knee gets better soon. I sprained it on Monday this week.. grr grr :O(
