VM Downtown is the first thursday (in a room off of the cafeteria) 6 to 8 pm.  VM Federal Way - 4th wedsnesday (in the ASC Lobby) 6 to 8 pm.  FW Lap Band meeting 2nd tues from 6 to 8.
