I use 8 oz. cold water , 4 oz. 1/2 & 1/2 , 1 scoop vanilla (BSN) & 1 1/2 scoop Click . Gives me more protein & not as strong . I can only use it once a day , if that . The espresso in it bothers my stomach .

Hmm I will have to try it with the vanilla too.  The only thing is I have to be careful how hot I get it, and I like all things to be very hot!!

 Isn't it the best???!  I have a cup hot everyday at work for my afternoon treat.  Love it!

Oh that sucks that you lost your key Bev!!  Try taking it to a regular auto parts store, I bet your key had a recognition chip in it and that is why it costs so much.  Yep Click is Espresso/Mocha, so nummy.

I'm off mom and tues whats your schedule...? we leave for Disney land on the 17th for 5 days ...sun and more sun hopefully have you made the appointment for the plastic guy do you have any idea when Sebesta is due back....? I may try and call the clinic and see my appointment for the one year is 3-3-09...I have not lost any weight since thanksgiving altho.....not really gaining ...I've hit the plateau....take care ...grab a cup of coffee and come out if you have time and we'll work on the computer.....which I hate this week.....Bev
