I did exactly what you're not supposed to do...I bought a whole lot of Labrada Lean Body Shakes after I read an online review and found them on sale through an online merchant.  Besides the fact that my surgeon doesn't recommend RTD shakes, I simply do not like them.  I have almost 3 almost full 12-packs (1 chocolate, 1 strawberry & 1 banana) and it would simply cost too much to return them.  They are sugar and lactose free.
