Why won't anyone at VA Mason call me back?

I got my pre-authorization from my insurance for RNY yesterday. I've left 2 messages at VA Mason to schedule my surgery and no one is calling me back. Does anyone know a magic number or key contact person there that I can get through to? The bariatric care coordinator is out all week and I'm trying to get scheduled sooner than later. I'm sure they're plenty busy, but dang!

I'd just start calling random numbers until I found someone willing so schedule me!lol

I sent you a message.  I work at the same clinic.  Perhaps I can inquire for you?  Let me know. 
They have had some changes with their bariatric coordinator.  Dr. Hunter's nurse is out at an educational conference this week, but will be back Monday.  Perhaps he can help.
