This pre-op diet is working!!!  I have lost 9.2 pounds since my pre-op appointment 2 weeks ago... AND.. I am FINALLY able to  weigh on my home scale.... I am at 305.8 pounds this morning!  I am so excited.

Now if I could just sleep through the night (or at least get back to sleep after I pee).. then I would even happier!

Thanks everyone.... knowing that I am losing some weight  helping me stay on this pre-op diet.

But I really can complain about this pre-op diet... I have it much better than some people do!

Great going, Helen!  I know what you mean.  I was so excited during the pre-op phase that the diet didn't really bother me much.  I knew it wouldn't be forever.

Good luck and keep it up!!
