Anyone know about Blue Distinctions Plan?

My husband just got a job with the government and we are joining BC/BS Basic plan which works with Blue Distinctions for Bariatric Surgery. Has anyone used this plan recently? How much out of pocket did you have to pay? Any info you can give me would be helpful? Thanks

I actually work for one of the Blues here in WA and the Blue Distinction represents certification earned by the facility. If you go to www.bcbs.com/innovations/bluedistinction/ , you can see what I mean.
