Ohh I forgot to tell you make sure to take your measurements now you will want them later on, espically when those nasy ole stall****!!  Neck, shoulders, bicep, bust, waist, hips, thighs and well you get it!!

Hi there sweet lady! Glad to see you posting.  I'm glad you got your laproscopic surgery, from what I have been told, it's much easier on the healing.  Like Jill said, use your popcicles as water too, they count and make for a nice treat.

So glad you are on the losers bench with us!!

Hello everybody, just checking in. How are you all doing?

I have updated my blog with my riveting surgery tale, just in case someone is desperate for something to read  :-)

So..... when's the next get together?

I am thinking about a get togther maybe sometime in Sept.   I will plan more as time goes on.  We have had several suggestions for a park in the federal way area.  Sounds good to me!
