Scar cream

Does anyone have any recommendation for scar minimizing cream?  I will be having my LB surgery June 23, and I would like to minimize my port scars. Thanks in advance!

I recently had a different type surgery and the plastic surgeon recommended Scarfade. I'm truely amazed at how well it's working, I usually don't put much trust in stuff like that. I purchased some good old fashioned pure cocoa butter. I figured if pregmant women use it to minimize stretch marks..I can use it too! It's been working really good.
