SORRY, WAS NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE ATTORNEY HELP

I just read my own post. I wasn't very clear. I want to know if anyone knows a good attorney that deals with this kind of stuff. Any names or phone numbers would be a lot of help.

Have you tried for a second medical opinion regarding the necessity of the original records?  I think there is a revision forum. You might want to ask others there about original records, etc. JMHO--if you start with an attorney, that attorney will probably need to hire someone in the medical field to make this determination. Do you have to have the surgery at the UW?  Not all surgeons require the Operation Note  from the orginal surgey to do a revision... especially if the surgery was over 20 years ago...
