Went to a buffet!!

WHEW! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.  That's about how long I have been doing it too.  I've been good about caffine, I have only had 3 skinny caramel lattes from Starbucks, no coffee at home and no soda of any kind.  Sometimes you just have to have the latte  lol

Ohh Coffee makes my poor tummy sour.  I have 1 hot black tea in the am Sets me up good for the day. 

great job on the buffet thing~ I am afraid that i would pig out!   OH yes those grilled strips from jack in the box and heaven!!!

I do buffets and show them a card Dr. OH gave me that says I have had the GB surgery. Some places will only charge the kids price! Dancing is so good for you! My Hubby and I take lessons at the Auburn Eagles two days a week and try to go there Fri. or Sat. to practice.They have a giant dance floor! Tell your hubby thank you for his service and be safe!
