CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  That is fantastic. Keep up the great job.  I went from a 37.9 and now down to a 29.9, it's definately amazing how quickly the weight comes off. Most of my chronic backpain is starting to subside, I can sleep better at night, and can do more things now.  I am going to Jenson gym today from 4-6 if anyone wants to join me there! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!! and remember.... SIT-UPS are EVIL!!!! Brandy

My BMI has gone from 51.4 to down to 30.8 I am still  obese but .8 moves me to just being overweight. I never thought that I would ever be "just overweight" I have been morbidly obese for so long. I am looking forward to being "normal" which is just 36 little pounds to go...yet I find the weight loss has sloooowwwed way down. I am losing a little less than 2 pounds a week on average. I am not complaining though...181 is a far cry from the 309 I started out at!

You have had amazing results and I stand in admiration of your drive.  2 lbs a week is super at you time out and I hope you recognize how good you are doing.  Not to mention when you get your  ta ta's done that will be another couple of lbs too!!LOL

I started out BMI of 54 and today it's 46.1 OT question, I have been setting my ticker lately for weight lost since surgery, does everyone do their starting weight from the first time they met with surgeon or since surgery? I guess the 9 I lost before surgery should count for something right?  lol

Yeah I changed my ticker because it was hard doing the 9 lbs when I had "last meal" syndrome for awhile  lol

I am including the pre-op loss.  I do have an addition that states I lost 10 lbs pre op though.  Count your whole loss girl!!

I hope its ok for me respond... since I am still pre-surgery... After my 2nd month of my 6 month diet and exercise program I have lost 18 pounds.. and went from  a BMI of 47.7 to 45.1!  (332 to 314)  I am still too heavy to weigh on my home scale... but hopefully this month I will get under 308, so that I can start weighing on my scale.
