Help with my profile?

I am really tring to get my profile up and running.  My daughter took some pictures of me last night so i could post then ans also to keep track of how my body and face willbe changing.  Now i can't fugure out how to make one of them my avatar? I also up dated my profile in other ways too, and changes are not showing up.  Wondering what i'm doing wrong? thanks! teresa Kitnfish

Ok to start out you want to go to the RNY forum then on the pale blue bar on the side of the page you will see link for site/forum help.  There are several easy to understand video clips to show you how to do pretty much everything you want to you profile.  Hope that helps!
