PAIN !!!!!!

I'm not ruling out the possibility of gallbladder problems but why are you so convinced that is what's happening?  I suspect that, if your surgeon noticed stones during surgery, he would have removed it.  Let them give you a complete workup and find a reason for your pain. I've been dealing with chronic pain issues (neuralgia) for 17 years now.  I know it isn't fun.  In my case they have no idea what's going on or what's causing my pain.  It sucks.  At least I have some medication that takes the edge off (I hurt so bad that narcotics don't get rid of the pain at all -- it really is odd).
