Water

Do any of you have one of those intelligen****er bottles? Hydracoach I think they are called?? Just wondering if anyone had one and what they thought of it?? I was thinking of asking for one for Christmas. I have a hard time drinking as much waster as I should.

I was thinking the same thing myself.  I too was going to ask hubby for one for christmas  lol.  I am trying hard to drink a lot of water preop to get used to it, but I still chug it and I have to learn to stop that and sip.

Hhmmm...  I've never heard of such a thing, but you've got me curious now!!  I'll have to try to find one.  I think the sipping is what's going to be hard for me - like Shelley, I'm used to gulping, especially when I'm thirsty!  But it's sipping I'll be doing after surgery! ~Nancy~

That looks SO COOL!! I want one too!  I'm a big water drinker...but I drink it REALLY FAST...chug and gulp. ~Annie
