Hi... I'm 2.5 years out from surgery and am having a terible time trying to keep my iron up and stay out of the infusion clinic.  I am looking for Isotonic vitamins that are super high in iron, the B vitamins and calcium.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I'd preferable like a liquid form, not some powder that had to be mixed every day. Any help would be appreciated.  Vitamins are expensive.. and after all this time.. I *still* haven't found anything that has worked for me.

I see you are in Pyallup. You might want to come to support groups here and ask what is working for others. There are so many types on the market that can upset one end or the other ( ) if you know what I mean. Some are cheap and work great, some are expensive yet useless.

Our groups are Oct 9 & 10

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.
