Can anyone tell me more about their own experiences with blockage or PBing. I have not had any encounters with these but what to learn more about what causes them and how to best avoid them. Also about throwing up. What causes the vomiting, blockage and PBing?

Are you talking about with lap band? If so, I think you'd get a better volume of responses from the lap band board.
I've had three PBing episodes -- all because I ate bread products too fast and swallowed them before they were chewed enough...
