When it is all said and done..

I have finally made the decision to go ahead and have the surgery.  I have an appointment at Evergreen Hospital to see Dr. Clinch on August 23rd.  I am so excited and so ready to have this done. I was wondering if anyone here has had their operation performed by Dr. Clinch, and what their experience was with him.  Also, since I will be paying out of pocket for this procedure, I was wondering what people's final total was on their hospital expenses.
