I was wondering if anyone has the list of foods and rules that used to be posted about what to eat/do for a plateau breaker?  I have been trying to get back on track and stay motivated to loose this last 20 pounds that won't come off and am getting frustrated.  Help- PLease and Thank you

I cut and pasted the plateau buster diet that floats around here on OH.  Have not had to use it yet, but printed out a copy of it a long time ago and put it in my RNY folder for 'just in case'.  Hope it helps!
