Insurance question

I have been jumping threw hoops for 11 months now and am at the point of the doctors' office sending request to my insurance company.  My insurance is Medicare and Medadvantage or Regence Blue Shield.  Has anyone had experience with Regence as to how long I might be looking at for a response from them?  I have counted days and weeks to the explosion point so want to know "How much longer do I have to hold on"?
