Dr. Egrari/Local PS Costs

I'm seriously considering breast implants and have heard wonderful things about Dr. Egrari. Has anybody gone to him who could advise me of the cost? Are there other good Seattle area surgeons with reasonable rates? I've heard mixed reviews of the Avalon Clinic which seems to have the lowest prices. I don't mind traveling out of the general area for a good price but need to stay in the country. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
