Hi Sharon, If I did my math correctly you started about 308 lbs. Do you know if that's correct? Anyway, the place to probably start is the big 3: water, exercise, and protein. If you're like me you probably get tired of hearing that but I went through a plateau myself for nearly 6 weeks and finally had to admit to myself that if I didn't exercise the weight just wasn't going to come off. I was keeping my calories very low too which meant I wasn't getting enough protein. I am eating about 50g of protein a day now and trying to exercise 4-5 times a week. It has slowly started to come off again. Another thing you might want to consider is how much you're eating. Do you journal the food you eat? If not, I use http://www.fitday.com which is wonderful. It's free and easy to use. If you're doing all these things and still not loosing, try reading this article http://obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/action,replies/board_id,4856/topic_id,3051460/cat_id,44 56/a,messageboard/ It has helped stay on track a couple of times. Hope this helps. Good luck, Carol
