Does anyone have any information about qualis requirements?

My daughter is in the process of trying to get a bypass. She has insurance through Harrison Trust and they use some company out of Seattl called "Qualis" to review their requests for the bypass. They won't give out any information about what the requirments they look at are. Does anyone have any information on that?

That makes no sense. They have to provide information to the patient. I don't understand why they wouldn't. Maybe I'm not understanding your post but I see no reason why they wouldn't tell your daughter. At the very least she should have or have access to a benefits booklet that will tell her their policies. Lori

Legally the insurance company has to provide her with information on coverage. Sounds like someone was being lazy and just didn't want to dig up the information. So I'd call bac****il you find someone that will give her the information. And if they won't I'd call the state insurance commission board and find out what your options are. Hope that helps Corinna Q
