I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone suggest a doctor in the Puyallup-Federal Way-Tacoma area who is Pro-WSL. My MD is against it and refuses to write the referral. I have everything else I need to collect for the insurance Co. except for a PCP who is willing to help me out. If there are any suggestions there is certainly a Starbucks card or somethig in it for a good referral

Nichole, You might try one of the UW neighborhood clinics. UW Hospital does WLS surgery and I imagine that they require most of their Drs at the clinics to be pro WLS. Mine was but she's in Shoreline which is way far for you. But you should have a clinic near you that you could try. Corinna Q

I see a ARNP her name is Rupinder Deol at Adult Medicine Associates in Tacoma, off of Pacific Ave. She is an awesome nurse practitioner, she was and still is very supportive of my decision and helped me all she could.
