Microsoft insurance coverage?

Has anyone tried to get Microsoft Premera to cover your DS? I am interested in any successes and failures. Thanks! Melanie

Hi Melanie - YES! MS Premera will cover as long as you meet criteria and have proper referrals. I had laproscopic bypass 6 weeks ago and all was covered. Start with your Dr. and get a referral to a surgeon. I used David Lauter in Bellevue and highly recommend him. Their office helps you with all the insurance forms and preparation process. Good luck!
