Any Help

I am on the waiting list for UW and was wondering if anyone is also on there and about how long have they been waiting? I would like to hear from others and even from those that have gotten the surgery after being on the waiting list. What things should I do to maybe help this along? I have been on the list for a year now and have heard nothing from them. I am on medicaid and have not found any other doctor willing to take me as a patient. I have even been writing to doctors in Oregon to hopefully see if that will work. I was told that there was a place in Idaho that would also take medicaid from WA but have not found any as of yet. If anyone knows of any help please let me know. Thank you
