Crustless Pumpkin Pie

I got this recipe when I went to Weigh****chers , It's not a WW recipe , though . You could put it in a pastry shell if you wanted . Kathy Crustless Pumpkin Pie 15 oz. can pumpkin 12ox can skim evaperated milk 3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 egg whites 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup splenda combine all ingredients & beat until smooth .Pour into greased (pam) 9 1/2" glass pie plate . Bake @ 400* for 15 minutes , tehn @ 325* for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean from the center .

I make this WW pie all the time for the family and use the egg substitute. You don't even miss the crust!! We all LOVE it!! Sue

I used to make it all the time . & with the healthier version it is good for you . I'm definately going to make some at thanksgiving time . I'll only be able to eat a teeny bit at a time , but the kids can eat the rest .
