St. Francis Support Group?

Hi there, Has anybody attended one of the support groups at eiter St. Joe's in Tacoma or St. Francis in Federal Way? What did you think of it? Is it worth my time? I know they are on Tuesdays. I got my self all excited about going to the one on the 3rd Tuesday of this month @ St. Joes...well guess what? There are 5 Tuesdays in this month. So, what I was thinking was the 3rd Tuesday was actually the 4th. Duh!!! So, I have my calendar marked now. Just thought I'd see if anybody had any feed back on it. Thanks!

I go to the meetings as much as possible. Heidi is the NUT there and very helpful. I wish the meetings were a little longer but well worth your time. They are on Tuesdays at 6:30 or there about 1st and 3rd at St Joe and then at St Francis on the first Tuesday I think. Worth your time for sure. I have learned alot about vitamins that I did not know from my Dr.
